What is your goal?

My goal is to buy a multi family.

The DA will prosecute faster than a politician goes after campaign contributions. 

My goal is to seek out individuals that can help us along our journey and build long lasting relationships that benefit everyone involved.I am so excited to finally be part of BP and I am really looking forward to getting to know as many members as I can!

The goal I think is not to wait so long to take action that you delay for years and years while stockpiling cash, but to be constantly uncomfortable about things and paying extremely close attention until you do. 

Then you refinance it to pull your money out to do it again somewhere else.If you've never managed rehab before, you can just find a place that only needs a modest amount of updating the first time.Odd thing about it, the more distressed the property, the deeper the discount, which actually mitigates your risk of not getting positive cash flow later once you fix it up.But, like I said, if people are being conservative, you just have to do the analysis and show them.The other option is to find an agent that buys into your goals.

I am located in Fort Worth, TX & my end goal as a real estate investor is to have a 100 door rental portfolio consisting of small 8-20 unit apartment complexes.My plan is to build up a rental portfolio, starting with 2-4 unit properties, & eventually sell those to leverage for larger properties.

While I am tempted at times to sell certain properties, my goal from day one has been to build my net worth and live a great lifestyle along the way.

The Chicago area is a pretty high point of entry plus the problem of people leaving the state faster than any other in the country due to governmental issues.
