I would say talk to an insurance agent...they should at least have an idea...you can look up the flood zone classification for the parish, then get with an agent that can get you flood insurance.

Most of the markets the numbers will pretty much match up.. although when we use our comparsion function on our turn key review site it does show that tax rates can be much different in some markets.

Again I can only speak for our market and the areas we work in, so YMMV of course - depending on the market you like, the property class, if you choose to self-assemble a team and manage from afar or go the turnkey route - all those details change these figures to some degree, I'm just talking big concept round figures here.

As @Teri S. mentioned, late fees and additional collection fees are assessed as defined in the CC&R's.The primary reason that late fees and collection fees are assessed is because these are critical to the HOA being able to carry out the functions of maintaining the common area infrastructure and grounds of the property.
