I have read the guide and a lot of it is not applicable in my area because of different laws etc.But what the book has done is given me food for thought and hopefully I can use some of the lending strategies in order to find myself a financier.Thanks againDunstan

Checkbook IRA (IRA owned LLC) would give the account holder an option to have checkbook control of his retirement funds, but like I mentioned earlier, it can only be used for investing.
