You can start building the next one before your two years is up so that you can move from one to the other without waiting to finish construction.

I finished the reno on all of the units in 5.5 months. 

Particularly seeing as how tenants typically choose homes based on pictures of the interior, not exterior finish. 

On the current houses we are finishing up thats exactly what I did.

If you’re providing the money as well as the property it’s a no brainer for a seasoned  Investor to see you to the finish line if you need someone to hold your hand.

I imagine this market will continue into next year while you finish a renovation.
