maleena,although your answer is somewhat close to mine your conversions are quite a ways off. one gallon is about 3.75 liters. here in toronto gas is about 90 cents a liter. so 0.9 X3.75 is $3.375 a gallon. on top of that you can discount the exchange rate which will reduce the price about 10%.

Out side of a few posts at the top of this thread recommending that people actually learn to write their own copy, I've seen little else.Just my opinion here: if you're looking for a magic bullet, you're already cutting corners.

My biggest interest in foreclosures / under valued homes that just need a lot of TLC. we have done minor landscaping, new floors, counter tops, and currently working on rebuilding the 1 car garage, so my construction experience is slowling building... :)thanks for the great site, i'm sure i'll be talking with you all on another thread!

For example, the expensive mable counter tops in the kitchen and bath, the decortive water fountain in the front yard, the new wet bar in the living room, etc.
