Believe it or not, I've talked to several attorneys & agents that doesn't have a clue what lease options are.Once the tenant/buyer has been qualified & approved, paid the option fee, signed a general release, and the seller signs a general release and the assignment agreement, you're out of the deal.

He did not have to search the internet to try and find a good deal and risk being stuck managing a foreclosure, he got 8.5% for 12 months and can extend once he is comfortable, if he wants, but with no obligation.When we sell a series of front end payments any remaining payments go to us after the contract term is up and our investor is fully paid so we have an interest in making sure the note fully performs.
