I've owned my home here for about 10 years.Recently, the property management company for the HOA has started to engage in what I can only describe as harassment, for alleged covenant violations on appearance of the property, landscaping, etc.

Excited to get started here, I am 25 and own a Landscaping company full time, this is something I have wanted to do for a long time, and now I have taken the leap and purchased my first income property in Ky.

I have cleaned up the landscaping and fixed up 2 units with the same upgrades as the last. 

Future goals include expansion into Duluth, MN and the Southwest US. 

Is there a best way to play the california real estate story for an income stream in the current landscape?

Needs a paint job bad landscaping etc but have great bones (newer roof, appliances, etc).

. $850 Landscaping = There are weeds between rocks so we will have to remove rocks to get get to them.

And don't forget about hardscrapes and landscaping, which could easily be $30-50k per acre depending on where you are in the country.

Problem is I can't get a tho an from the bank due to my landscaping business is less then 2 years old.

They rob landscapes of their beauty and say a lot about the user's marketing sophication.
