Hi everyone,Not to hijack this thread, but it seems we have a lot of entrepreneurs here and I was wondering what entrepreneurial route you have taken, and how did it lead you into real-estate.Thanks, Jason.

It would be quite instructional when you decide to do your next project.

At the time I felt if I didn't give them any feedback / instruction it would be taken as if I was setting them up to fail to keep their deposit.

I looked through the questions and answers and don't se any instructions for somebody wanting to do a cash transaction. 

Setting up a wholesale business is a bit more involved than many real estate investior entrepreneurs realize at the beginning of their investment career. 

@Jimmy Thomas on passing your exam.I am a real estate investor/realtor/entrepreneur here in Atlanta.

I think of golf instruction... and specialty golf schools.. how many golfers can go to a weekend course and lower their handicap by 5 strokes.. or all of a sudden hit it 30 yards further.. but of course those that sell that instruction that is the claim.. and those specialty courses cost in the thousands and that's just to get better at a game..
