Anyone ever have a virtual assistant?

If you spread too far then it gets counter productive because you have numerous PM's and too little local knowledge.Then I moved into my nicest and least profitable OS property and now manage them myself; they are all within an easy hour drive with virtually no traffic.You have a very long list of states and cities there you might try to narrow it down.

I would strongly recommend anyone looking into Section 8 contact your local PHA (the agency that administers the program in your county) and see if they have a class (likely a virtual one now if at all) that they give for landlords. 

Hello everyone, when doing virtual wholesale deals what’s the best practice method ?

After being on the market two months with no movement, we took it off the market and and shot new spring photos, a video walkthrough, and did virtual staging.

I am currently a TC and looking to start my own virtual TC business, I have a few questions and would appreciate any feedback:What benefits would you find by having someone take on your transaction tasks from contract thru closing?

It is not uncommon to have a place sit for 4 - 8 weeks, depending on the market.School is in session now, even if virtually.  

The interest payments these days are virtually nil.
