You can straight rent the homes or look into using something like a rent credit program to sell the dwelling and then charge lot rent only.Finally, you can expect that it will cost near $10,000 per lot just to get the infrastructure and site preparation done.  

For what you need, I have no suggestion, I am on my first week of CoreCon.com software, but it is expensive and too robust for a flipping job, but it is kind of what I need, according to the videos, it will meet 80% of what I need.
