@Frank HouptI start with picking an area of the country I think I would like to visit and I have direct access to either by an "easy" drive or direct flight.

It is trendy and as you mentioned gives you quick asses to the City and the Drive. 

I had to drive 45 minutes home with my now-cranky 2 year old, missed my Crossfit class AND dinner.I feel I am blessed that I am able to laugh it off, this is clearly not for everyone.  

Lately I have been doing some driving for dollars and coming across a lot of trust and estates. 

I havea 5-6 vacant lots I found after just a few hours of driving around the Elyria area.
