It's not just RE, there are signs for diets, yoga classes, Tupperware type parties, all kinds of junk.My opinion is that if someone is willing to break laws intentionally then where do they draw they line in the business dealings, will they do anything else illegal or off color or unethical?

Of course, that is just a guess but we'll see how this saga continues.As for the homeowner, she loves me and everything I have done for her thus far and is too baffled at how the bank is handling the process.Maybe they bulk it with other homes and sell it as a package, maybe they are genuinely in the dark, maybe they are not the sharpest tools in the shed, maybe the broker wants the property for himself...

I have a house where there was white and lighter tan colored paneling that I left in place as accent walls, since it was only on one wall in the rooms that had paneling; looked OK with SW Softer Tan paint on the other walls.

I know I am just beginning however I am excited to finally get some skin in the game.

But since I went through the dark days of 08 to 2010 I sold off a bunch of REO and have big loss's on my tax returns..

Maybe I should just chalk this up as a practice in developing thicker skin :-)

If the place WAS winterized, you would see some telltale signs: red colored antifreeze in toilet bowls, field service stickers with phone numbers, signs on the water faucets that say it has been winterized, etc.
