USA keeps you cash flowing and able to buy toys, the real wealth is created in Nz and OZ markets.We consider any appreciation in the US to be a bonus.

Well like others have said I think biggest issue is you married into a wealthy family and your profile pic.

I have a property that we are about to put under contract (wholesale) the homeowner is in preforeclosure but somehow still apparently wealthy. and doesnt care about the house.

Both books give reasons on why folks with high earned income do not always end up "wealthy." 

It seems to be just a certain type of cooking/cuisine that causes this (with as much emphasis on being as sensitive to other cultures as possible) We actually dug into it a bit more today and it seems as though the microwave (above the stove doubling as the hood without an outdoor vent) is holding on to some serious grease/dust that is undoubtedly a large portion of the concern.

I have never met an investor who has their real estate license that regrets getting their license even the slightest, the only regret I hear is not getting their license soon enough.If you want to be successful then you need to treat investing as a business and you will need multiple income streams to truly be wealthy.

I had an opportunity to work with some very affluent and wealthy people from around the world, mostly from Russia and Europe (I do speak fluently in Russian, so that helps a lot).
