We are actually wanting to owner-occupy, we are renting here and would love to move into our own place, especially as it's cheaper and I'd rather pay myself than another apartment complex, so does anyone know if we are okay with the owner-occupied 3% down Homepath financing or do we need to look for an alternative?

There is a community heating system through steam pipes that runs underneath the complex, one of the pipe's cracked and a bunch of the condo's ended up with mold.

In terms of what software is out there to help...It is difficult because many of them are complex and expensive, I would recommend trying one with a free trial period that allows you full use of the product without having to yet fully commit or spend.
