Dining light is fine by me too, it is more of the modern flare and your home is much more traditional, but that does not hurt you in my opinion.The photos are a tad dark and need better color correction, not sure who took them but they could be better.

When asked if he had ever seen the property he said he did not because he knew it was not a place he wanted to live in and he felt like if he saw it, it would color his view and he may not have bought.

Cape Coral was one of the worst in the nation if I recall for the foreclosure rate at one period in time.Been chomping at the bit to take the wife down there during the winter/early spring and enjoy Sanibel or Marco.
