Even if you don't care if it's fixed, at least that is putting it on record that it is pre-existing damage.Heck, last summer I rented a condo for the weekend in FL.

Look at the median price..up 9% over last July...and that is during the Pandemic and last summer was great here..we had more inventory, pricing was high and steady.

I work full time during the summer but cannot during the year because of school.

My wife and I have a similar goal to own a property by next summer.
