Tried it very seriously a few years ago - given all the scamming that goes on in all aspects of life these days, it's massively difficult to get people to believe you're legit and to work with you.

I'm very young to the game of renting and life itself really, I know that the grass is grown up a lot and I'm unsure if that will cut down on the true cost of it, but I assume roughly $3000-4500 for the 1.25.

I'm fascinated by the potential to live anywhere without the need to be located in the largest job markets as I have been bound to thus far in my life. 

Funny how life works.

At this phase of my life, moving the money into a DST that makes 6.5% cash flow per year, or in excess of $3500/month with no HOA or taxes to pay makes more sense for me right now. 

I personally don’t see the downside to any of this, I’ve calculated that I’ll spend a month of my life in the grocery store, not including traffic and parking.

I am more excited about my mid life career transition than I (even as a writer) can put into words and I'm hungry for success.Anyone interested in a protogee that is willing to drive additional income your way?
