The issue is that fix and flip and DSCR loans are business purpose loans where you are required to sign an affidavit of business purpose / non-owner occupancy saying neither you nor your relatives will live at the property.

I think MTR tenants could be ok with this and it really depends on your business and how you plan to mitigate risk.We collect rent through our property management system Hostfully.

However, it has to be a rental for it to work as a DSCR loan and you cannot be living in it or using it for personal use in any capacity as a DSCR loan is for business purposes only.
