My plans for the future still rings true today as it did 6 years ago, though the method and angle of attack is still being evaluated.I hope in sharing my experience, I would hear what others like me have experienced or thought about.

We talked about deal structures, funding for mobile home parks, zoning, septic versus sewer and slew of other topics for the entire hour.The information my friend shared was invaluable.

I share the details here to show what a series of small low-risk transactions can do over the medium and long term to build passive income for retirement.The PA is for a 1 BR condominium unit in a 150 unit complex where we already have 22 units, bought in 3 earlier transactions.  

For 300k you can possibly find either a duplex or a house that had a mother in law suite or you can go the usual roomate route and share a kitchen and other common areas.

I'm interested in how you find deals, and if you can share a GC or other recommendation.
