Disclosure - I have never worked with a hard money lender on real estate, but work with them on a near daily basis in working with those looking to promote here on BiggerPockets.The line is very blurred between hard money and private money lenders.

@Atwan KwanThere are pesticides you can apply that work well for centipedes, but if you only see one or two of these occasionally, you can set out some glue traps and that will more than likely do the trick.
