Is there a max you can buy down, I’d like to get it under 2.75% if possible.My question is should i be applying to multiple lenders right away and not wait for the first one to try and get more score up?   

You can have your tenants fill it out or you can apply yourself.

Don't be concerned about applying with multiple banks because the credit bureaus consider multiple credit pulls at the same time as a single pull.

Hey Ashish, Just a general question on how the tax deductions work if applied to your W2 income.

Does this all not apply because I am living in the property? 

If it applies to stocks, why not real estate?

I do think a lot of people have stopped looking/applying.  

I believe that the moratorium does not apply to owner occupied rentals, so if you are a part owner of the property the moratorium shouldn’t apply.
