@Tatiana Gershanovich Urban centers of the state of WA are as tough and complex as just about any other jurisdiction I have worked on the west coast.. ( expect the coastal commission in CA they are a whole nother animal).What I find interesting with Washington though Is I can say go out to Klickitat county and just break properties up by deed description like the old days..

If it has several coats of paint on it and depending on the quality of the paint, it might be a real chore, but you can still get it done.I personally don't like popcorn texture.
