First I would call the deed office and see what they would advise because there are time limits he is supposed to follow for all legal filings.

If you have more disposable income that should help get to retirement quicker and those funds could even be invested but again speak to your CPA and attorney as they can only give you advise.

A good lender will advise you on how to organize those other pieces of the puzzle so you can be in the best position to buy real estate.Keep in mind that unless you get a rehab loan, any repairs you make will be out of pocket and that's money that you could use to invest in other properties.

Ahh I see, I'll have to do more research on the LLC side of things, why is it then that a lot of real estate investors insist/advise newbie investors to form a LLC for investing if the banks won't fund them?
