@Paula Rodriguez you do not have to have a separate entity to have a "Business" as far as the IRS is concerned.

In addition to domestic economic concerns we will need some serious international instability.

Now it doesn't concern me that a buyers agent/facilitator request this.

Duplicate content was a concern for me as well before I signed up but it hasn't been an issue at all.  

We would prefer to ask them to move(3 months ahead, April-May), revive the units and rent them to new/better-screened tenants but at the same time we are concern about vacancy (although we are in Madison and the area is nice so it should rent fairly quickly). 

I reminded them that the lease says they are responsible for delivering the money and i quote "I am not really concerned what the lease says.  

Kind of concern about the neighborhoods though.
