Not saying anybody on this thread is dishonest, I believe you guy conduct business in a orderly fashion, but marketing a property goes back to being upfront, JUST ASK.

It's not a requirement to foreclose judicially in most of the western states.Also, no, you can't put a loan in foreclosure for nonpayment in 60 days and go to sale at day 90 any longer (Thank the CFPB for that).

One of my friends owns about 13 homes near Western Michigan University.  

I would pay what ever it takes to live in the BAy Area.. its only family reason that I have to hand out here in Oregon in the doom and gloom of the winter which last 9 months.. but the RE market makes up for it a little its quite robust.. not in a mid west fashion its not a cash flow market but if your a retail flipper you can make big dough here consistantly

I'm happy to continue in this fashion however, my "buyers" list has been inactive.

The premise of initial seminars is to get a large group of people to think in a similar fashion regarding a targeted outcome.

The problem is getting docs notarized in a timely fashion in prison.

Regulations here are totally different than other places, this is a fledgling market really with westerners only being able to buy here over the past 10 years so the regulations are still "work in progress" but work well.
