Ozone (O3, made from O2) smells like a copy machine in a closet and will corrode (oxidate) any organic molecule by attaching the spare oxigen to it.

I would suggest you find a property manager who can give you that data or perhaps you have a friend or family member that is a REALTOR®, who could check the data on the MLS for you.

So, rent a machine that removes odors - forget what it's called - but you can rent machines that do this - ozone machines?
