It's like a Mac (sadly price isn't great) but runs Windows and I'm able to run Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects w/o too many problems.If you really want to stay cheap then you could also look into a tablet w/ a Bluetooth keyboard.

You can buy affordable, rent it, break a little more than even, pray you get good tenants that stay a decade and then see how much the value of the property rose, then you can dress it up and sell it for a profit.

Most investors start with their personal residence, then buy an SFR investment property or two (maybe 2-4 unit residential) and then move onto 10-20+ units and eventually 100+ units if they stay in the game that long.I saw you messaged me about Phoenix, so I'll ask you more details there.
