Provide them a copy for their records.

She just records these agreements but is not the decision maker or the board so she probably doesn’t know the intentions of the restriction.

I'll do the work, I am not scared to take steps, sit at kitchen tables and make offers like a madman (I had the record in my investor group for 32 offers one Saturday...).These are all things I'm hoping to learn here on BP.Thanks for reading to the end.Jeff 

This is where you can show your track record and state your terms; in other words you are creating private lenders who will have more advantageous terms, fees and rates.

I'm thinking of mailing the 30-day noticed from the post office direct recorded mail so I have a record that the notice was sent to my tenant.

There will always be a market for RV travel, but I question why half the sites are empty despite record number of RV's looking for places to stay? 

Nothing wrong with splitting the profits with an investor to get a little bit of a track record before you go pitching different lenders.

Obviously, no one takes me seriously because I have no track record, nor experience.
