The tenant profile here isn't the best but if you screen your tenants and have a nice place you'll do fine.I think this is a great area to invest.

Start by populating your profile so that we know who you are, what your goals are, where you live, etc.

You have two cities listed in your profile, so I'm not sure which county you're actually in and referring to.However, I just did some quick research and here are the county assessor's websites for both of your listed cities where you can run the address and pull up the property owner's name & mailing address:Lake County Indiana Assessor's parcel search pageAllen County Indiana property records search page

Your profile nor your post say what market you're in, so I don't know anything specific about your market, but those don't seem like difficult standards.
