People are typing in "Im be-hide on my house payments in City, I need help" People do search locally for help so make sure your website is optimized to be found online for those targeted keyword. 

Look up your states foreclosure laws online and find out.

Again you are paying a price to get that credit report.  4th. any old debts that haunts you. try working deals with those creditors to clear up your name.   

The Agents that I have contacted, tell you to go to their website fill out an online application, pay the application fees online… etc.

Use a 80/10/10 loan (ideal option) - My mortgage lender says that this is not doable for multiunit but i have read online that it is possible for 2 unit properties but not 3-4.
