In regards to Series LLCs and states that recognize them or not, the issue comes down to each specific state recognizing the "internal liability shield."

My hope is some one may have experience with international investors.

I can see a clear difference within my own portfolio between what I would call a 3 star property and a 5 star property - they are all in the same neighborhood and very similar in price - the main difference is the level of the interior finishes.

So we bought the property and made a few repairs to the roofs and interior of the main little house and the manufactured home in the back and then we raised the rents a $100 each.  

Complete gut of interior, plumbing, and all new HVAC What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We are going to take the interior all the way down to studs and replumb the house.

The drive by will only show value compared to similar homes, not THIS home, since they can't do an interior inspection to know THIS home's value.

@Charlie Moore some places require it for interior painting as a money grab, it is town by town.
