As for why landlords aren’t more vocal, maybe it’s just a mix of feeling overwhelmed or unsure about how to fight back.

Happy to help you set a plan, but everyone else is right that $600k is out of your budget currently.Whatever you end up doing, I would recommend looking into conventional financing though.

Think a group effort for such ....perhaps NAR should be fighting this or IREM.
