Can I pad background and credit check costs thus compensating me for my time and effort?

It doesn't seem to take much effort and agents are more than happy to do it because they know that if they provide you with that service you will most likely do business with them in the future.

- utility costs-- if you over it "bills paid," your roommate will make ZERO efforts to be energy efficient and not run up the utility bills.

That IS without a doubt a factor but you also have to look at the capital available, what other investment opportunities are available for the additional capital and how much time and effort are involved to do the project. 

As for Outcome 1 #2 i was looking at the rent payment as a kind of last ditch effort to get something out of the loan.  

I'm genuinely interested in getting more ideas in this area, as I am planning to eventually hire someone to assist with management.

At this high price point, I'm not sure how frutiful other marketing efforts would be, e.g. open houses, flyers, Craigslist etc.  

Another item is that these Podcasts are filled by people who are up-front and genuinely want to help. 

Income from selling drugs is not taxable income.Is it worth all the effort to try and collect from him?
