It's an awesome country.

Part of the motivation is to secure residency in multiple countries, have my investments in multiple currencies, and to set up an offshore structure for my company in one of these locations. 

Looking for Eastern Iowa Property Manager to handle multifamily property in Cedar Rapids/Monticello area of the State.

Also, what I generally see around the country is Section 8 rents keep up with market rents in B, C and D areas. 

The owner desires to move across the country to help take care of their grand kids that are now at home full time.

Any countries in specific you focus on, or look for people from?

I guess what I was meaning was there are other areas of the country you can get a better ROI, but if you combine lifestyle with ROI HHI is going to be tough to beat.
