Maybe investors should accept that they missed that boat on that one and instead look for the next boat about to leave.As to the airport, you might want to research the capacity and connectivity.

We don't always have a great reputation, but this company does Turn Key's or Buy/Rehab as well as management for investors, whichever floats your boat.

@Katlynn Teague I’m an agent too and I sometimes think it’s funny how much hate agents give to wholesalers, not realizing they are in the same boat to the general public.

I did find some “far boat” brand ones that were just $9.
