I am trying to familiarize myself with the BRRRR calculator and math involved with analyzing a deal, but am running into problems because I do not know how much a property is worth today, or how much Reno’s will cost, or what the ARV will be.

Also just chiming in on the previous threads, for your future analysis these calculators are little misleading and leave quite a few items out of the equation let me explain:When you analyze a deal for rehab buy and hold you need to split it in two.1) Rehab project.
