Do you all do a questionnaire handout or have web pages for your REIAs? 

I can not find any information  about your company other that a home made Web site which lists no properties.

The only thing that may be different is the price.Just about all the info you need can be found here in Biggerpockets, but there are some web based guru's that do have some really good training in a well planned curriculum along with some handholding mentoring programs.

Yes while I am not yet indoctrinated as a real estate investor perse (still looking for a deal in multifamily apartments); I went and applied for my employer identification number (EIN) on the IRS web site.
