Are you purchasing or refinancing a property within the next six months?

Also maybe connect to Property Management companies if you are not self managing it.

so that would mean that there probably needs to be a home of some kind on the property.  

Which means who is responsible for the property, who gets the financial benefits and who makes the decisions.

The syndicator could be shady or maybe they don't know how to manage large properties.

I am in the process of settlement on my 1st property in 1 week. i have a 5% down conv loan thru a credit union bank. this a duplex and is a row house. i plan to live in one unit and rent out the other. the seller is also selling the duplex property next to it.

We financed the down payment, so with my buyer's agent commission I got back from the seller at closing, not only did we bring $0 to closing, but actually made $5k when we bought the property!

I am new investor and have one investment property.
