Is there every any issue with having the form 3115 approved?

No issues working with them, just make sure your deals work.

I was able to get a good deal on the house I was interested in due to this fact but it’s a half done flip/reno so there’s a lot of work halfway started throughout the house. 2 areas in particular I’m unsure of what to do with is the walls and attic, any suggestions or ideas of how you would be finish would be greatly appreciated (adding links to specific products are a bonus lol)! 

Did you have any issues with the tenants that quit paying the monthly fee?

Dana, Are you using an IDX with a linked CRM? 

Two issues with that strategy will be time and limit.

Hard to find good deals up here and lets not even get into the issues of tenants who default.

My issue is that in the opinion of the remediation contractor (who has a financial incentive to recommend as much remediation as possible) all that wouldn't reduce mold levels long term, due to the fact that it's a basement in Portland, and the levels on the report are extremely common in basements in the area where no water intrusion had happened.
