If those lawsuits shake out for the banks, we could be seeing another big round of foreclosures hit the market this year.I work in the LA area and host a radio show out there and many homeowners are telling me that they aren't even making mortgage payments because of the suits their lender is embroiled in right now.

If 4 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms sell just as quickly and for about the same amount of money, then it seems like you wouldn't want a squished-up 4 bedroom when you can have a 3 bedroom that has a nice master suite.

The market in an area like yours ( and Mine Dayton OH) is probably loaded with vacant properties that need to be rehabed to get into rental condition. investors suited to do this and pay cash are in a position to pick up properties like yours all day for 6 to $7,000. after putting in another 7k at most they have a property with updates that probably looks better than yours.
