Currently, Julian Colvard is an established fitness strategist to the Atlanta University Center and its students, public speaker, and, some would consider, a scholarship specialist, obtaining over twenty-thousand dollars in external scholarship monies while attending Clark Atlanta University (Junior) on both academic and athletic scholarships.

@Cody Gentry I am an international student from China currently just graduated from Indiana University with political science and international relationship.

I want to build my real estate business so I can cash flow the purchase of an apartment building to house single moms who are full time students living in our area.

My student tenants have not been "jaded" by life yet and learn how to cheat a landlord out of rent.  

It is condo that we rent to college students, but overall it is low maintenance. 

The house is currently already rented thru July 2017 by four college students.

Personally, I am in debt from student loans and would love to be debt and financially free but I need financial leverage to do so.

My parents house used the same one for thirty years, my student house had a used one that never broke, my personal house uses a hand-me-down one that has never broken.
