I recently had this conversation with my CPA who specializes in real estate and he advised me that a simple subpoena will pierce the corporate veil of any LLC, despite what LLC firms may pitch to you on their initial consultation. 

They're basically jerry rigged dampers.Bedroom 1, which is one of the two closer bedrooms and the one that doesn't have these special permanent "dampers," is super cold most of the time. 

To redeem the owner must pay the amount of the Certificate of Purchase, a penalty of 3%, any special assessments attached to the lien, plus interest on any principal amounts at 15% per annum.

Under the special agreements section it says: “for $50 discount tenant shall cut lawn and rake leaves. $750 rent discounted to $700”
