We currently travel for work...

My partner and I traveled for miles over this past Holiday weekend to look at properties and John met up with us and walked us through each property.

I'm concerned about properties I'd feel uncomfortable Traveling to on my own without my hubby.

I am looking forward to participating in the Meetup's going forward, however I will be traveling this evening and can't make it. 

It's really nice to be able to crank through stuff on your own schedule and not have to travel for classes.

Anyway, with the help of my sister in law, a very newbie agent, we found what appeared to be a solid first time flip.

Yes, we could do more deals in other markets, but I think the total returns (in $$) will be the same, with less travel and associated expenses.  

., im from CA to, born and raised, long story short, alot of family there, i love it travel there at least 3 times a year, so i know the area just like i know my own streets. we have a couple in Merrillville now...but AnywayThats a very tough area, its extremely close to Gary, literally one block.
