Front porch needs wood replaced with new on the floor.

A good friend owns a cattle ranch just outside Meteetse, so I make it to your neck of the woods every couple of years.

My question is, if I'm looking to finish the basement, do I install the cheap MDF/HDF "wood panelling" or spend the extra money to install mold proof drywall?

It has some termite damage to a few walls (which has been treated) so changing drywall and maybe some wood is what we’re looking at.

So far I have to replace sod/grass, have multiple scratch marks on wood floors, I am also considering an HVAC cleaning as I have terrible allergies, especially to Dogs/Cats.

The deck is up for repair and there's much damage, therefore I am considering getting the deck replaced.Based on my research composite material is the way to go, however, I also hear that composite wood is soft and scratches easily with pets.

The modern composite materials IMO are 100% recycled plastic and there's little wood in it.

Can’t find any lenders financing wooded lots.
