Inspections are almost never invasive and the plumbing is mostly concealed by this black mesh cover over the insulation in MANU's.Here you can see the PB piping, but not if it is connected to anythingHere's the connection to the city supply.The big question is if the inspector has experience with Manu's.

It was hard to let that one go because I see the potential in larger units where it's only 1 yard, 1 driveway, 1 location to drive to vs having 2 or 3 properties in different areas to get the same cashflow.There are certainly opportunities for us smaller guys too as you have seen in your 2 properties.
