@Roger Chen I was just over in Singapore and we did a tour of Malaysia right over the causeway ... we looked at multiple developments of massive scale ... condo's retail etc. with no buyers.. and all being build by Chinese investors. and that's just in Malaysia...

If you scale those multi's into small and then large apartment buildings that's when it really becomes a business and you can be making $5k per month, then $10-$15k per month pretty quickly if you reinvest the cashflows, and gain the appreciation in the property at a high value.

Anyone planning to put a tiny home on any property in California should be aware of the latest clarification issued by the State which include very strict definitions of what a tiny house is, its size, how its manufactured, building standards, maintenance, location...The state plans to enforce and prosecute "pursuing the appropriate legal remedies to terminate sales, rentals or occupancies."

Obviously I have a long way to go, but it’s individuals like yourselves who are willing to share their knowledge that have helped me move past that fear faster than I anticipated.My goal is to invest in apartment complexes (learning to do the numbers on them right now, and how to pick a good market), and eventually build scale.
