@Jay Hinrichs well thats just sad, and not right. 

Pedestal sinks are beautiful but sadly not practical unless there’s storage elsewhere.

Sadly that is the role of family, and to some extent community, but it is also not fair to you to carry a property at below market rates when I assume you got into this to establish a path to care for yourself and your family.

It’s sad because WE all vote to put them in those positions. 

It's really sad. 

Along with the 5k he promised 12# interest but I would rather get my 5k back.for such a small dollar amount I think you are probably never going to see or hear from them again.. cost of hiring an attorney will far exceed what you lost.. chalk it up to experience  sad to say 

Sad but true.And, fair housing clinics are slammed with applicants. 

It's sad, but the times we live in these days.

Sadly real estate sellers, whether overseas (or in the US or sellers or whatever for that matter) tend to only mention the positives of their products and conveniently forget the negatives.

What a pain.I have a funny neighbor story - well, sad/funny depending on which point of view - I bought a 2 acre parcel in WA state and the guy next door was a real jerk.
