What does the rent ledger show as to tining of rent payments?

I believe that I would then be able to rent out my single family house.

In the first 4 months we upgraded to queen sized beds and never had a problem renting any of them again.

For added context, the property is a SFH that I will be renting to a long-term tenant. 

We rented a house located on a pond in the Catskills for the last week in July.  

Depending on area, some agent's MLS show leases and what they rented for.

I'm a newbie, so this question may have been asked and answered multiple times.Has anyone used their VA home loan benefit to purchase a 2nd property, move into this 2nd property as their "primary" residence and rent out the 1st?

@Jada Lazenbywelcome.definitely start with a house hack.i started by renting my first primary residence out when I moved into a bigger place. 

I lived in them each for one year and then rented them out.
