It's at 6% on 115 K and then get a HELOC on the remaining equity, arv is around 250k on the high end.But my dti is high so I was thinking about revising my previous years tax returns and paying around 15K to qualify for the loan.

up there, the city council 'turned blue' in the last election cycle so some kind of regulations are probably going to arrive eventually.I do intend to eventually sell off my remaining seattle property, but for now as its fully updated, meets inspection rules, attracting good tenants and running smoothly its in the cash-cow phase of ownership and I'm not in a hurry to divest it.

When you sell the POHs to the existing tenants (or new ones) you will recover the price you paid for them and you still have the same value remaining in the park.
