There will always be a market for RV travel, but I question why half the sites are empty despite record number of RV's looking for places to stay? 

Nothing wrong with splitting the profits with an investor to get a little bit of a track record before you go pitching different lenders.

It really does seem to good to be true:I am a mortgage lender and very often I pull title on a property to find that a previous lien or in some cases a Release has been missed:I would suggest hiring someone who works as a title examiner and have them go to the recorder of deeds office at the county and do their own research. 

That could involve criminal record, revoked license, lost their job, divorce, financial problems, etc. 

@Yosef Ajami In most states you either have to Be a broker or Hire a broker to be the “broker of record” for the management company. 

@Mary Lopez Did you have a title company record the quit claim deed?  

But the best option is to find a broker of record who understands wholesaling and work out a deal with him, it could be a monthly flat rate or a small processing fee per deal.

Is there an online county record website where I can do searches for properties like these?
